Vegetarian Egg Plant Chili Explosion Surprise!!!
First you have to get that chili explosion !!! And put it on your chopped egg plants.

Better put some tomato in for some extra moisture. And that sweet sweet T vitamin C, biotin, molybdenum and vitamin K. They are also a very good source of copper, potassium, manganese, dietary fiber, vitamin A (in the form of beta-carotene), vitamin B6, folate, niacin, vitamin E and phosphorus. Science duh. :) (Wiki)
Just bake this in the oven covered with foil at 177 C or 350 F for 30 minuets.
It looks even better on the plate!!
